There can be different types of projects which have to be managed by an individual, group or organization, intended to achieve specific milestones that meet the project objectives, and an individual or a team works actively to execute the plans devised at the start of a project. There are various factors that can make a project successful and these factors should be carefully considered. Performing an audit will support this achieving the desired results.
This project audit in general will be performed, so identification of business factors can be identified, and where risks may reside that could potentially affect budget, time, environment and quality, can be resolved within time. A common way to do an audit, is by following items on a checklist.
