How do you write a bonus letter to an employee?
Steps in writing an annual bonus appreciation letter:- As with any correspondence with your team, begin the letter with a label and address. Consider starting with your name, your position and the date.
 - Try to explain why you are writing your recipient a letter as soon as you address them. Notify them that they're receiving a bonus and give a brief reason why.
 - Describe the bonus in more detail in the next paragraph.
 - Besides thanking the recipient, a bonus letter also functions as a motivational tool.
