Writing a Letter of Intent (LOI) is important to secure a deal or company. It often goes hand in hand with paying a deposit or providing a bank warranty.

How to write a letter of intent to purchase?

Make sure to check these boxes when you send out a purchase LOI:

• Outline: Outline on paper the qualities of the property — location, reason, and legality before your final decision.
• Honest reflection: take some time to genuinely reflect on why you want to purchase the property? What will you gain? 
• Research: gather information about your prospective property before the purchase. 
• Review: it’s best if you can have two or three critics look it over and give you feedback.
  
• Finalize and send: when all is finished, you can submit your letter of intent to purchase.

A letter of intent is a serious piece of your admissions package. It is a more studied document, a sample of your productive, well-organized process. Be as specific as possible about why this particular program is the right one.
