A Purchase Requisition Form also called a PR or purchase request is an internal document used by employees of an organization to request the purchases of goods and services.
What to write in a Purchase Requisition Form?
Purchase Requisition Form are important internally for a business. It keeps records and make certain procedures are being followed before making purchased. A Purchase Requisition should not be confused with a Purchase Order. A PR is is about obtaining permission internally to purchase, a PO is about actually making the purchase.
