How to write-up an employee?

Write up an employee's performance based on the following criteria:

• Identifying information such as the name or ID number of the employee.
• Postings held by employees.
• This is a detailed description of the offense that was committed.
• It is the type of warning or discipline that has been imposed.
• Making improvements to the system.
• Those who should be aware of this situation include all managers and decision-makers.
• Explain the consequences of this behavior.
• Discuss ways for improvement to prevent future escalation.

There are three critical areas that must be covered in the write-up plan:

• One sentence that summarizes the topic argument.
• The purpose is to develop an argument for the main question posed in the introduction.
• In order to support the argument, you should state key points.
• A statement that should leave a lasting impression on the readers.
