My father had been serving at your company as an office clerk for fifteen years. Unfortunately, due to a serious road accident that caused severe damage to his head, he has trouble with his short memory for several weeks now.

Based on the medical reports, it will take a lot of time to recover. Therefore he won’t be able to work anymore. How long his recovery will take is uncertain. Our family does not have any other source of income except his salary.

I am freshly graduated along with an IT diploma and do not have a job at the moment. I wanted to ask you if you would allow me to work at your company replacing my dad’s function or any other suitable function so I can provide income.

I have added my CV as an attachment to this letter.
