A carrier is a person who delivers the message of a person to another required person. They not only deliver the messages but also parcels and documents to homes and businesses. He usually travels either by bus, truck, or travels by air. In addition to the deliverance of messages, they also receive a message from the clients.

  1. Preparation of the mails and sorting them out according to region-wise at the post office. 
  2. Deliver the messages, parcels, and documents on time to the recipients along the decided route. 
  3. Receives and collects the messages from the recipients and conveys them to the desired person. 
  4. Receives and collects money for the delivery charges as well as the dues of the deliverable parcel.
  5. Collaborate with different companies and firms and make contracts with them and deliver their parcels and packages to their customers. 
  6. Take the signatures of the recipients for certified and insured package delivery when the parcel has been handed over to the recipient. 
  7. Answers the queries of the customers and clients about the parcel delivery, procedure and delivery services. 
  8. Ensures the delivery of the package on time regardless of the weather conditions, but sometimes delivery may be delayed due to some serious issues. 
  9. Inform the recipients about any delay in the delivery of their parcel.
