- Motivating the associated persons and residents to do personal care on their own as possible.
- Motivate and encourage the residents to take as many fluids as possible to stay hydrated, but also respect their opinion and allow them to make a final decision.
- Cleaning and dusting of the home, kitchen, rooms, and garden to keep a hygienic environment.
- Helping the residents with their medication if any, while following the instructions of the doctor.
- Behave politely with others.
