- Identify the problem. The violation should be understood and identified.
- Check out. A thorough investigation of the violation should be conducted and the severity and first offense determined.
- Getting together.
- Steps to follow.
- Achieve something.
- Decided in writing.
- Give an explanation of rights.
- The implementation process.
Prior to dismissing someone, you usually give them one verbal warning and two written warnings. The employee may, however, be dismissed without notice in cases of gross misconduct.
