A punch list also known as a snag list is a document that is usually created after certain milestones or at the last stages of any construction works that list things that needs attention and must be addressed before the construction project is closed officially. 

What should be on a punch list?

The word 'Punch List' originate from a construction term in which constructions managers would have their workers punch a hole on a document next to a specific task to mark that task complete. Punch list are an ideal way to keep track of construction works and make sure all task are complete in a proper manner before the project is announced complete. A punch list will be different for different kind of constructions. Below are some benefits of using a punch list:
